2. What are the criteria on CryptoWorldWide?

- Coin Price is the current global volume-weighted average price of a crypto-asset traded on an active crypto-asset exchange as tracked by CryptoWorldWide.

- Market Capitalization is one of the metrics used to measure the relative size of a crypto-asset. Market Capitalization is calculated by multiplying Coin Price with Available Supply.

- Volume is the total trading volume of a crypto-asset across all active crypto-asset exchanges tracked by CryptoWorldWide.

- Trust Score is used to measure liquidity on trading pairs and on crypto exchanges, it is expanded to also measure overall liquidity, the scale of operations and API coverage.

3. What is the difference between "Circulating Supply", "Total Supply", and "Max Supply"?

Circulating Supply is the best approximation of the number of coins that are circulating in the market and in the general public's hands.

Total Supply is the total amount of coins in existence right now (minus any coins that have been verifiably burned).

Max Supply is the best approximation of the maximum amount of coins that will ever exist in the lifetime of the cryptocurrency.

4. Why is there a question mark (?) on Market Capitalization, or Circulating Supply, for certain projects?

While we work closely with project teams to obtain such information to ensure accurate market cap rankings, in some cases, the collecting of information might be difficult. If there is a question mark, it means that there are reasons to doubt the accuracy of such information as we have not sufficiently verified the circulating supply and resulting market cap yet.

5. How is the Available Supply calculated?

We have information directly from API endpoints provided by respective project teams. You may check out the API we use by clicking on the button beside “Available Supply”.

For coins with locked Foundation/Company/Founder reserved holdings, we account for them by subtracting them out from the available supply.

6. In what time zone is the site based?

Data is collected, recorded, and reported in UTC time unless otherwise specified.

7. How do I purchase a cryptocurrency?

We are currently not selling any cryptocurrency. However, you can always find where to buy it by looking at the Markets section for the cryptocurrency.

8. How to get listed on CryptoWorldWide?

We have several listing criteria on our Listing page that you should take a look. If your project fulfils all the listing criteria, don’t hesitate to apply for listing here!

9. Why are you not listing all coins?

Listing cryptocurrencies is largely a manual process that takes time and resources to ensure the accuracy of our data. While we strive to add every single cryptocurrency in the universe, it's virtually impossible to list all of them. We list coins as long as it meets our listing criteria, which will help you make your conclusions. Please refer to the Listing Page for detailed information on this topic.

10. How do I get my coin’s information updated?

- For major changes, kindly submit a request via our Listing Application Form.

- For minor changes, simply send us an email over at [email protected] and let us know in detail what needs updating.

In both cases, it is recommended that you use an official correspondence (eg. [email protected]) to help us filter out official requests from spam.

11. Am I allowed to use content (screenshots, data, graphs, etc.) for one of my personal projects and/or commercial use?
